Parking

Parking is available immediately behind the church. The parking lots can be accessed by Purl Street and by 9th Street. Additional overflow parking is available in Goshen High School parking lot (located directly across the railroad tracks from the church parking lot).  This overflow lot is accessed by Purl Street only.

Entrances

The main entrance is located on 8th Street (the west side of the building) and is an accessible entrance. On the east side of the building by the parking lot, is another entrance.  Once inside this entrance, you will need to navigate stairs going either up or down.

Dress

All types of dress, from casual to more formal, are common.

Childcare

Children of all ages are welcome in worship. If desired, childcare services are available in the nursery for infants and in the toddler room for children ages 2 -5 years old.

A Glimpse into the life of Eighth Street Mennonite Church

Eighth Street Mennonite Church is a member congregation of Mennonite Church USA.  Following Christ in life through worship, service, and peacemaking are core to Mennonite Church values.

Worship at Eighth Street provides space to meet God and other people with convictions and questions about faith. Through scripture, prayer, sermons, singing, and special music; people of all ages are invited to encounter the divine and receive encouragement from the community of faith.

Fellowship Time, immediately following worship, encourages conversation while enjoying refreshments.

During Second Hour, various groups meet to continue with education, fellowship, and caring for each other.
